ENTJ
After taking the Type Focus survey, I received ENTJ, with extraversion and thinking being very clear, intuition being clear, and judging being somewhat clear. According to the website’s description, this means that I am an action-oriented problem-solver who conceptualizes what I want and organizes myself and others to achieve it. It also says that ENTJs make great organizational leaders because they understand how groups work, and they want everyone to become efficient and effective. I aspire to be an organizational leader in an innovative educational institution, so it was very reaffirming to see that my personality seems well-suited for doing so.
